What is Reaction Speed?
Reaction speed is the time from perceiving a stimulus to making a response. The average human reaction time is about 200-250 milliseconds. Professional esports players can achieve reaction times below 150 milliseconds. Reaction speed is affected by age, fatigue, attention, and other factors.
How to Test

Reaction Levels
- <150ms: Excellent, esports player level
- 150-200ms: Good, above average
- 200-250ms: Average, most people's level
- 250-300ms: Slow, may need rest
- >300ms: Needs practice, recommend more rest
