- Whether the camera is disabled in system settings

FAQ

Why does the browser ask for camera permission?

For privacy protection, browsers require explicit user consent to access the camera. Click "Allow" to proceed.

Where are captured photos saved?

Photos are temporarily stored in browser memory and are never uploaded. They will be lost when you close the page — use the download button to save them.

Why can't my camera be detected?

Make sure the camera is properly connected and enabled in system settings. For external cameras, check the USB connection.

Why is the preview black?

A black screen may occur if the camera is being used by another app, the lens is covered, or there's a driver issue. Close other apps using the camera and try again.
